You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, for any reason, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email nicdeanmusicc@gmail.com from the email address you used to purchase, and let us know you'd like a refund. We'll process it promptly.
After 24 Hours
Because a Membership is a digital access product that unlocks content and benefits immediately, all sales are final after 24 hours and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Fair Use
Refunds are available for members in good standing. We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as bulk capture or copying of member content.
What Happens When You're Refunded
When a refund is issued:
- The full amount is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days to appear.
- Your Membership and associated access (including community access and any member benefits) will be released and revoked.
- Your edition number returns to available inventory.
